2011 - 2012 Pick-Up Authorization Form
This form must be completed by the parent or guardian and handed to a TCS Administration Staff Member ONLY.

2011 - 2012 Extended Care Registration Form
Acceptance is dependent on available space.
The registration fee must accompany the registration form.

2011 - 2012 Volunteer Packet
This packet contains all of the necessary instructions and forms needed to volunteer at Trinity Christian School, this packet is vaild for 5 years from the date processed.

Volunteer Background Check Renewal Form
