1. What does the Elementary school building look like?
The design of our elementary school reflects the architecture of Trinity Church, Fellowship Hall and other existing buildings on the Trinity campus. A picture of the school building is to the left.
2. What elementary grade levels are offered and how many students will the school accommodate?
Two classes for each grade kindergarten through 5th grade will be offered (and possibly to 8th grade) with 22 students per class.
3. What programs are offered?
In addition to a complete elementary academic program, Bible, art, music, physical education, Spanish, computer lab, and media center lessons are offered. On evenings and weekends the school is used for Bible study classes, adult and child education classes, team sports, and community activities.
4. When will the school be accredited and by whom?
The school is implementing the process to become accredited with the Association of Christian Schools International, the accreditation agency the nation’s top Christian schools pursue. This process requires preparation for several years and will be sought as quickly as their guidelines allow. The preschool is already accredited under the United Methodist Association of Preschools.
5. When has the faculty and staff been hired?
The hiring of additional faculty and staff has followed a schedule necessary as classes are opened.
6. When did the school open?
Trinity Christian School’s preschool through Kindergarten has been in operation for over 40 years! Each year another elementary grade is added. The elementary wing (new building) opened in August 2007.
7. Who attends?
Admission is open to church and community members interested in providing Christian education for their children. Trinity Christian School is open to all qualified children, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, or national origin.
8. Were all classes offered the first year?
Classes have been opened on a schedule, with kindergarten, first graders, second graders, third graders, and fourth graders attending the 2008-9 school year.
9. How is the school benefiting Trinity Church?
The school supports Trinity’s mission to build disciples of Jesus Christ. Families of students in our school may be encouraged to join Trinity as members. In addition, the church directly benefits through the much needed additional classroom and recreational spaces on the campus.
10. What is the cost of tuition? How does it compare to other local private schools?

11. Does the costs of operating the school impact the Church’s budget?
The school is a ministry of the church but is self-sustaining through the revenues generated by tuition's and registrations.
